Richard is a people-focused leader who develops excellent leadership teams and creates the expectation, culture and environment for people to perform. With experience spanning Insurance, Retail, Banking and Technology, Richard’s naturally consultative style allows him to engage from developing business strategy, to running large business functions, through to identifying and governing issues in the depths of delivering complex technical projects. He has held CIO roles in Insurance and Retail companies, and he also holds an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge UK. Outside of work Richard enjoys fishing, diving, and navigating the demands of three young children.
